1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbt22 ("bbt22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bbt22.io (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any feature of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Notify us promptly if any registered information changes.
• Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• bbt22 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy

KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your relationship with bbt22, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a threshold deposit amount is reached, or when unusual account activity is detected.

• Valid Bangladesh passport;
• Bangladesh driving licence with photograph;

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by bbt22 in writing.
• bbt22 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, though actual processing times may vary based on payment provider availability and KYC status.

• bbt22 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected to fraudulent, unauthorised, or money-laundering activity.

6 Bonus and Promotional Terms

bbt22 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time they are offered, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who meet the applicable eligibility criteria at the time of the offer.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms.

• Seasonal and event-based promotions (e.g., Eid specials, BPL tournament offers, Pohela Boishakh cashback) are subject to their own additional terms published at the time of the promotion.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bbt22 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules that apply:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bbt22 system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• bbt22 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of a manifest error in odds, game data, or system display, including incorrect odds caused by technical errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event or casino game, bbt22's records shall be the primary reference. In the case of sports results, official governing body results (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be the final authority.
• bbt22 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, game, or sport at any time. Games and markets may be suspended or removed without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbt22 Platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting using privileged information;
• Using any automated betting system, bot, script, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform for financial gain;

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

13 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure or termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC and withdrawal conditions have been satisfied. 14 Amendments to These Terms
